When you complete an order over the phone or online you will be sent an email confirming the details of the order.

It is not uncommon for this first email to go into your junk or spam folder.

To ensure that further communications from us do not go into your junk or spam folder simply add the email address the email came from to your safe send list, or follow the instructions in your email provider of choices page to move it to your inbox.

If you have checked your junk or spam folder and cannot see an email, please email [e-mail] and we will have a new one resent.
