Unfortunately at times we can get extremely busy and this can lead to waits and/or being transferred to an overflow team who act as an answering service for us.
In order to ensure this does not hold up your wish to return an item we now provide a system whereby you can raise a return online.
This can be found in the 'My Account' section of our website, normally located in the top right hand corner of your screen. Once logged in click 'My Orders' and follow the process through to the end.
Please note - if you are wishing to return an item due to damage photographic evidence will need to be sent to email@example.com.
