How do I book a delivery date?

As you place your order you can select from two delivery options.

The first is our standard option, starting at between £5 and £29, which will be delivered within 10 working days. For those selecting this option, you will be sent details of the delivery date after making your order. If that date isn't convenient for you, you will have the option to select an alternative.

The second possibility is our Time of Choice option which allows you to nominate a 5-hour window on a specific day of your choice. This service costs £45. For smaller to medium-sized items, the cost is either £8 or £20 but you will only be able to choose a specific date but no time window.
