I wish to cancel my order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at the earliest opportunity with your order number to hand.  This can be over the phone, through live chat or through the my account section on our website.

Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery may incur a charge if the item has already been dispatched from the warehouse and has to be sent back.  This charge is £15.
