It depends.
Any item that arrives with damage, is the incorrect item or has been incorrectly described online can of course be returned for free.
If you simply do not like the item when it arrives, it does not fit in the space or the courier company is unable to deliver due to access issues, this will incur a return fee dependent on the returned item(s) weight:
- Accessories and Homeware items will be charged at £3 per order.
- Cabinetry, Bedroom or Homeware products that weigh under 25kg will be charged at £20 per order, and items over 25kg will be £40. This amount will be deducted from your refunded amount.
- Our Made To Order Upholstery products will be charged £200 per return.
Please note that Cabinetry, Bedroom, Homeware, Express Sofas or our Made to Order Upholstery cannot be returned to your local store.
Simply arrange a return online through the My Account section on our website and we will contact you to arrange collection.
For hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been removed from their packaging and/or used will incur a charge to compensate for their reduction in value.
There is a maximum number of exchanges that we will do for free - this number is three.
