I have typed in a discount code and it has not applied a discount

From time to time we offer discount codes for our customers to input at checkout.  To redeem these, simply the code in the 'Reward code' box and hit apply.  The text will let you know if it has worked and the price should update. 

Please note that we do not offer Refer a Friend discounts anymore - so any code starting with RAF will automatically fail.

Not working?

Please make sure that the code is correct, it is very easy for an I to look like a 1 for example, or an O to look like a 0!

Our codes are not case sensitive.

Some codes will have exclusions (Sale items, or bundles) - this should be marked clearly.

All codes will have an expiry date, so please check to see if this has expired.

You cannot use more than work code at a time - a full list of our terms and conditions regarding codes can be found here.
