We do everything we can to ensure your item reaches you in perfect condition but unfortunately, this is not always the case.
If you have taken delivery of the item and it is damaged please make us aware as soon as possible by contacting us through our chat or submit a request below. Alternatively, you can raise a return through the My Account section of our website.
When reporting a damaged item please supply photos of the product in its entirety, the damage and the QC label. If you contact us without these details we will ask for them, delaying the response.
If the courier is still in your home they will call our dedicated driver line for immediate assistance. It is likely that we can have the furniture removed immediately.
One of our advisors will be in touch with your options. These include a damage discount for minor scuffs and marks, a visit from a third party restoration company, exchange for a new item or a full refund.
