We do everything we can to ensure your item reaches you in perfect condition but unfortunately this is not always the case.
If you have taken delivery of the item and it is damaged please make us aware as soon as possible by contacting us though our chat, email (email@example.com)or phone number (03332001725).
If the courier is still in your home they will call our dedicated driver line for immediate assistance. It is likely that we can have the furniture removed immediately.
If the courier has already left then one of our advisors will ask you to supply photos of the damage and we will take you thought the options you have. These include a damage discount for minor scuffs and marks, exchange for a new item or a full refund.
