What are the Outlets?

We predominantly trade as an online furniture retailer and we offer a hassle-free returns policy so we generate returns that we sell through the outlets.  Some of these will be items that customers have returned because they changed their mind, the item may be too big or it may have been damaged in transit.

Some items in the Norwich outlet are marked as "photoshoot", meaning they have simply been sent to have photography work done and are then sold - these are generally in perfect condition.

Most items will generally say on the back of the ticket if there is anything wrong but most items are in great condition and available to be taken away immediately.

We have three outlets: one behind the showroom in Norwich, another in Chichester, and the third at our in Cambridge.
