How do you ensure your supply chain is ethical?

Here at Cotswold Co, we take all forms of slavery and human trafficking very seriously. In accordance with s54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we take steps  to ensure no form of slavery or human trafficking is taking place within our organisation or our supply chain.

Drawing on the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code together with the International Labour Organisation’s Forced Labour Protocol for guidance, we work meticulously to ensure all forms of exploitation - including forced labour, servitude, child labour and human trafficking - remain absent from our organisation and our supply chain.

While Cotswold Co's Board of Directors hold responsibility for compliance with this statement, it is the Operations Director who takes day-to-day responsibility for compliance within the organisation and the supply chain. Our Senior Managers working within our warehouse, retail and sourcing departments will also ensure that both they and their staff all comply with this statement at all times too.
