Can I return a product even if I just don't like it?

You can.

We hope you love your new purchase, but sometimes it is just not right.  In order to ensure you get the product you deserve we offer low cost returns.

Simply raise a return as normal through the My orders section in My Account and we will contact you to  do the rest.

The amount you paid will be refunded to you minus the applicable cost of return this will be either £20 or £40 depending on the weight of the item.
