As a company we pride ourselves as always being open and honest , and we know that this has never felt more important than it is now given the current climate we all find ourselves in.

Please be aware that the due dates that we have on our product pages are estimates and are subject to change.  We do everything we can to keep these as up to date as possible to ensure our customers have a realistic understanding of likely waits.  That said, the current situation is very complicated and it is not always possible for us to meet these dates.  When this is the case we will contact you with an adjusted timeframe based on our best understanding of the current situation.
