If you place an order with us where one or all of your items are out of stock then we will keep you up to date using emails, and at times of large scale stock delays, phone calls.

Orders with items on a longer than 2 week lead time
We send stock update emails fortnightly on a Wednesday evening. you will receive the first of these 2 weeks after you placed your order.

When should I contact you?
If it has been more than 2 weeks since your order was placed and you have not heard from us please log into the My account section of our website to check the date and the email address you supplied to us at point of order. If either of these are missing simply email us at customercare@cotswoldco.com and we will provide you with an update.
