From time to time we may send an email to our loyal customers that offers a discount to be applied to a future order if you click a link or input a code at our checkout.
Please note - some of our offers may have exclusions - these should be listed on the email you have been sent - most commonly these would be sales items or bundles.
How should it work?
If you click the link to navigate to the website you will need to do no more, simply add an item to your basket, click the button to go to the checkout and the discount should apply.
Discount not working?
The discount will only apply if you follow the link from the website or type the code in correctly. If in doubt, open the email and try again.
Check the email for any exclusions, some discounts can not be applied to certain items - there will be an * in the email with the list of exclusions.
If you leave an item in your basket and then navigate away from the web page it may remove the discount (especially if you clear your cache). Click the link from the email again.
Some of the codes have time limits - for example you may have to place another order within 30 days of your last order to redeem the discount.
