This means the item is not yet in our warehouse. The item is either still being made or is on its way to our warehouse to be made ready for despatch.
Why won’t you deliver my order until all items are ready to despatch?
By delivering just once to each customer we are able to keep our prices as low as possible, and this is great for the planet too as we reduce our carbon footprint. It also means that you only have to wait in for one day to receive your furniture! For orders that include items from our made to order upholstery range, these items will be delivered separately within a separate timeframe, as these items are despatched from a different warehouse.
One or more of my items is holding up delivery, why should I order now instead of waiting?
By ordering now, the item(s) will be allocated to you and will likely be ready for despatch within the timeframe shown. If you were to wait, it is possible that the expected timeframe may increase as we allocate the item(s) to other orders.
If I place my order now, what happens next?
We will process your order as normal and take payment today, we will then allocate the item(s) to you. We will update you every 2 weeks on the status of your order, and we will be in touch once all item(s) are ready to despatch to arrange a delivery date. To get your order to you as quickly as possible once the items are ready, we’ll offer you the soonest Express Delivery date, free of charge.
