Why can't I claim online?
If you are having trouble registering your claim online, you can call our insurance provider directly on 01384 473017 (Monday to Friday 9am–5pm).
I am not the policyholder, can I still claim?
Due to GDPR data protection rulings, our insurance provider can only speak with the named policyholder or a third party, provided the named policyholder has authorised this previously.
What should I do if I spill something on my sofa?
In the event of a spillage or stain, you should act immediately. Blot liquid spills or remove solids with a clean white cloth/paper towel, and work towards the centre of the spillage. Do not rub as this may damage your furniture.
Should a spillage result in a stain, follow the claims procedure as mentioned above. Please do not use any other cleaning substance other than advised by ourselves or our insurance provider.
What should I do if I damage my sofa?
Please refrain from making the damage worse, and follow the claims process listed above.
My sofa was delivered damaged, can I still make a claim?
In the rare occasion that your sofa is delivered damaged, please contact us directly in the first instance and we will resolve this for you. The policy does not cover furniture that was delivered damaged.
