All our furniture excluding garden furniture, home accessories and mattresses* is covered so, whether you are buying a sofa, a wardrobe or a dining table, you can be confident that all structural elements of our furniture are included. This includes the frames, springs and webbings of our upholstery and our furniture’s frames, joints, hinges and handles.

The Cotswold Company 15-year Structural Guarantee covers any faults to structural elements of our cabinetry furniture, including:
- Frames
- Joints
- Hinges
- Handles
Sofas & Armchairs
The Cotswold Company 15-year Frame Guarantee covers any faults to structural elements of our upholstered sofas, armchairs or footstools, including:
- Spring breakage
- Wood breakage
- Loose joints
Both The Cotswold Company 15-year Structural Guarantee (furniture) and The Cotswold Company 15-year Frame Guarantee (sofas and armchairs) do not cover any issues arising as part of normal wear and tear, damages due to environmental exposure or adverse weather conditions, improper care or accidental damage; if the product that has been exported outside of the UK or that has been purchased from an Outlet store. *Our Pure Natural Collection mattresses come with their own manufacturer’s guarantee of 6, 8, 12 or 15 years, depending on which item in the collection you choose. Our Cotswold Classic Collection mattresses are covered by a standard 1-year manufacturer's guarantee.
Do I need to register my guarantee?
No, your item(s) will be covered for 15 years from the date of purchase.
When does my guarantee expire?
Your product will be covered for 15 years from the date of purchase.
Is the guarantee applicable to a previous purchase or an item that hasn’t been delivered yet?
Our 15-year Structural guarantee does not cover items purchased before 1st February 2023.

Is furniture from the Outlet covered by the guarantee?
No, the guarantee does not cover any items purchased from one of our Outlet stores.
Is fabric covered within my guarantee?
No, but we offer a comprehensive five-year upholstery care plan across the range if you’d like additional fabric assurance for your sofa or armchair.
